Sales is open Monday and Thursday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. We are closed Sunday.

Do you offer RV financing?
Yes. We work with multiple lenders to find the best rates for your credit profile, with a variety of loan terms to match your monthly budget. The credit application takes only a few minutes, online or in-store.

Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, regardless of where you purchased your RV. Fill out our trade-in form and we'll send you a competitive offer within one business day, which you can apply toward any new or used RV. We handle all the paperwork, so there's no need to sell privately.

What does your service department work on?
Our 10-bay service center, staffed by RVDA-RVIA Master Certified Technicians, services most makes and models, from routine maintenance to accessory installations, hitch work and collision repairs.

What are your service and parts hours?
Service and Parts are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Reach the service team at (517) 995-8331.
Can you order a part you do not have in stock?
Yes. We stock parts for travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, folding campers and park trailers, and we can special order nearly any RV part.

Yes. We offer professional winterization services and secure storage options.
Can you deliver my RV?
Yes. We offer licensed, fully insured, door-to-door delivery to your home, campground or preferred location, with live GPS tracking and a FaceTime showthrough before handoff. Contact us with your delivery location for a quote.
