Shipping rates are determined based on current gas prices and are subject to change without notice. Also tolls and ferry charges can affect the final charge. Once a rate has been contracted on a purchase agreement it is a guaranteed rate.

"MAPQUEST" is used to determine the distance from the dealership to where the customer would like to take delivery.
SCHEDULE DELIVERY
You have made your purchase and now its time to get you scheduled for your new RV to be delivered. As you can imagine we deliver hundreds of RVs every month and the schedule is on a first come first come, first serve basis. Generally we can have your new RV to you within 24hrs to 10 days as long as its in stock.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Our drivers are bonded and insured. The RV is insured until you accept the delivery. The drivers will stay in contact with you when they leave the dealership in case of any delays. Upon arrival the driver can provide a basic orientation of your new RV. The driver will provide you with the necessary documents that need to be signed and he will collect your payment for your new RV.
PAYMENT OF RV
Final payment must be made in the form of a cashiers check or money order. The form of payment must be copied and sent to your salesperson in advance of the driver leaving the dealership for delivery. We don't accept personal checks. Finance customers are required to supply a copy of their drivers license and insurance in advance of the trailer leaving the dealership.

The customer can take the RV across the United States and Canadian borders; upon entering Canada the GST tax and Canadian Tire Inspection Fee ($195.00) must be paid. . We provide all of the necessary paperwork needed to cross the border through Customs.
If the RV towing company delivers in Canada, the customer will have to arrange for a Border Crossing agent to prepare the necessary paperwork to take the RV across the border and pay the necessary GST tax. Before calling the Border Agency, call Canadian Customs at 403-344-3772. Record the agent's name for future reference and they will tell you exactly what is needed to bring the trailer across the border.

The Border Crossing Agency provides the truck driver with a packet, containing all the documents needed for the Truck Driver to take the RV across the border. The Customer pays the Border Crossing Agency for "Services Rendered" including the GST. The customer is required to have a copy of Form 1 from the delivery driver to show that all necessary taxes and fees have been paid.
The Registrar of Imported Vehicles will not issue a federal inspection form or any specific modification information for a vehicle with an unpaid file. The compliance status of every vehicle entering Canada through the RIV system is shared with all provincial and territorial licensing jurisdictions. Non compliance with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act may result in a refusal to license, or a revocation of an existing registration

CANADA BORDER SERVICES AGENCY WILL:
Check Canada's Transport Vehicles Admissible from the United States.Verify the public VIN and Manufacturer's Statement of Compliance label on the vehicle to make sure they match.
Collect from you your non refundable Registrar of Imported Vehicles' fee of $195.00 + GST in all provinces except Quebec where it is $195.00 + GST and QST. Payment for the RIV can be made with any major credit card. Cash or schedules are not accepted by the Canada Border Services Agency. To pay by check or money order, you must mail it to the Registrar of Imported Vehicles' in the envelope they provide.
AFTER THE VEHICLE ENTERS CANADA
After payment and the recall clearance documentation have been received by the Registrar of Imported Vehicles an Inspection Form will be mailed which details what must be done to bring your vehicle into compliance. It is your responsibility to complete the necessary modifications within 45 days. You may have the modifications done by the mechanic or garage of your choice. However, we recommend that you contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer to discuss appropriate parts or warranty issues. Make sure you keep receipts for parts and labor, to present at the inspection, along with Form 1, Form 2 and the recall clearance letter.The RIV has contracted with Canadian Tire, with 470 locations across Canada, to perform our federal inspections. In many cases, Canadian Tire can perform certain modification work, as well as performing the provincial inspection. When you pass the inspection, the inspection centre will stamp your Form 1, that you will have to present to the provincial or territorial licensing authority, which may require additional testing. Within approximately one week of passing the federal inspection, we will send you a new Canadian Certification label with instructions on where to affix it to your vehicle.
If the vehicle fails the inspection, you'll have to pay additional charges for another inspection. If the vehicle cannot pass the inspection within the 45 days, it will have to be exported back to the United States.
