Duties:  

• Obtain authorizations for warranty repairs including digital photos and e-mail
• File and track warranty claims and payments with manufacturers
• Package and ship warranty parts
• Complete monthly reports on warranty payments
• File completed repair orders and warranty claims
• Answer phone calls as needed
• Assist in general operation of the parts and service department
• As with all positions at Gillette’s Interstate RV, the final duties is “Whatever it takes to get the job done and make our customer happy"  

 

 

  Counter Person

Duties:

• Assist parts and service customer as needed at counter
• Answer in-coming phone calls and field questions
• Schedule and assist Service manager with department administration
• Follow-up calls to parts and service customers
• Track and follow repair orders within service system
• File completed repair orders
• Assist in general operation of the parts and service department
• As with all positions at Gillette’s Interstate RV, the final duties is “Whatever it takes to get the job done and make our customer happy”
